We certainly tend talk up the capability of new Jeep models at our Fitzgerald, GA dealership. After all, this is one of the most rugged automakers around and it's pretty hard to find something that a Jeep vehicle can't do. Admittedly, you've got to stick to land when you're behind the wheel, but during WWII, a few crafty army mechanics didn't let that stop them from creating a flying 4x4. Yep, we said "flying".

As unbelievable as it looks, this model could actually take flight. However, it needed another vehicle to bring it up to speed as the autogyro on the roof didn't have a motor. We're not exactly sure how much combat this vehicle saw, but we're sure glad we caught a glimpse at it. After all, it isn't every day that you see a flying car.
